Notification on the 8th International Symposium on Dairy Cow Nutrition and Milk Quality
International Symposium on Dairy Cow Nutrition and Milk Quality has been consecutively held for seven rounds in the past decade since 2009. The total number of attendees has reached over 3,600 people. This symposium has become an important science exchanges platform where we learn most recent updates of international dairy scientific technologies, strengthen communications with international and domestic counterparts in dairy sector, and promote dairy science and technology cooperation between China and other countries.
According to recent scientific research, milk not only provides nutrition. Such as fat and protein, to human bodies, more importantly, but also functional active substances to promote health. Milk plays dual roles, providing energy and healthy substances. In addition, carbon reduction is becoming more and more important in the dairy industry. With the purpose of exchanging advanced international diary scientific theories and technologies, jointly making efforts for global dairy industry high quality development, Institute of Animal Sciences of CAAS plans to organize the 8th International Symposium on Diary Cow Nutrition and Milk Quality during 19 -20 November, 2023.
